Use of the Service may require account registration through our designated method. Users must keep their registration information accurate and up to date.

Some features of the Service may be offered free of charge. We may in the future introduce paid plans, feature limitations, or changes to availability or access conditions.

3. Account Management

Users are responsible for appropriately managing their own account information. Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by us, we are not responsible for any damages arising from unauthorized use, third-party use, or leakage of login credentials.

4. User Content

Users are responsible for the documents, text, titles, shared URL settings, and any other information sent, shared, or published through the Service ("User Content").

Users represent and warrant that they have the right to share or publish their User Content through the Service and that such User Content does not violate applicable law or infringe third-party rights.

5. Account Deletion

Users may terminate their use of the Service through our designated method. Handling of data after account deletion is subject to our operational policies and Privacy Policy.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in any of the following:

  • Violating laws or public order and morals

  • Registering or sharing false information
  • Sending or embedding harmful programs, scripts, or code
  • Improperly obtaining or using third-party accounts, IDs, or passwords
  • Interfering with operation of the Service or placing excessive load on it
  • Sharing illegal, discriminatory, threatening, sexually exploitative, or otherwise highly inappropriate content
  • Copying, modifying, reverse engineering, or otherwise misusing the Service beyond intended use

7. Suspension or Termination by Us

We may suspend access, delete accounts, or terminate all or part of a user relationship without prior notice if a user violates these Terms or if we reasonably determine that continued use is inappropriate for operational reasons.

8. Changes to or Discontinuation of the Service

We may change specifications, add or update features, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service without prior notice where reasonably necessary for operation or improvement. If we discontinue the Service, we will make reasonable efforts to provide prior notice.

9. Handling of User Data

User data may be stored or processed on our systems or on infrastructure operated by our service providers. Handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy applies to information related to users. Please review it to understand how personal information and other user information is collected, used, and managed.

11. Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces

Use of the Service by anti-social forces is prohibited. If we reasonably determine that a user is associated with anti-social forces, we may suspend access or terminate the relevant relationship without prior notice.

12. Disputes with Third Parties

If a dispute arises between a user and a third party, including another user of the Service, the user must resolve the dispute at their own responsibility and expense. If we suffer damage in connection with such dispute, the relevant user shall compensate us accordingly.

13. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service, fitness for a particular purpose, completeness, accuracy, or the future provision of specific functionality. All or part of the Service may become unavailable due to third-party services, editor extensions, external APIs, network failures, specification changes, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

If a user causes damage to a third party through use of the Service, that user is responsible for resolving the matter at their own cost and responsibility.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms as necessary due to changes in the Service, legal requirements, or other reasons. If a change is material, we will provide notice through this site or the Service by reasonable means.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Sapporo District Court as the court of first instance.
